Gatlinburg is a little town in Eastern Tennessee located next to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. While this little town has a population of 3,828 according to the 2000 U.S. census you will not even realize that many people live here. The friendly nature of the town is great for allowing you to enjoy a vacation and relax in a lovely hotel room or in the mountains. I know that I absolutely love it anytime that my husband looks at me and says that we are going on a Gatlinburg vacation.
